wmlTextBraille 4.1 is a Windows® based user friendly Text to Braille  Transcription software for Indian languages. The software transcribes the text files into the corresponding Braille format, shows the text file as well as the Braille file side by side. Modified Perkins Brailler® & Index® Embosser are supported by this software. It supports continuous Braille printing in Braille print shop, which is very much useful for providing the study material to the visually impaired students.

The system can be operated even by a person without any prior knowledge of the system.

The Software supports  Braille Transcription in English, Hindi, Bengali, Assamese, Nepali, Oriya, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi and Gujarati languages.
