The Kadamba Transport Corporation Ltd. has extended 100% free travel concession to blind persons within the Goa Territory on the basis of the Identity Card issued by the Social Welfare Department, Government of Goa.
(Vide its Notification No. KTC/84/87-88/1002 DATED 7.1.88). The Kadamba Transport Corporation has also extended free travel facilities to blind persons in all semi-luxury buses plying in the State. The said concession is granted on the basis Welfare Department, Government of Goa, Panaji.
